The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Advance City Intimation Slip for the Central University Entrance Test for Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026. This initial release is specifically for candidates scheduled to appear for examinations on March 6 and March 7, 2026.
Candidates can now log in to the official portal to identify their allotted exam city, allowing them to make necessary travel arrangements ahead of time.
Exam Schedule Overview
The CUET PG 2026 is a massive undertaking, conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The exams are spread across 15 days in March, featuring 44 shifts in total.
Exam Dates: March 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, and 27.
Duration: Each paper will last 90 minutes.
Daily Shifts: Two to three shifts per day.
Subject Highlights: March 6 & 7
The NTA has structured the early dates with specific subject groupings:
March 6 (Shift 1 – 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM): Yoga.
March 6 (Shift 2 – 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM): Sports, Sanskrit, Urdu, and Textile Design.
Medium of Examination
The CUET PG papers are primarily offered in English and Hindi. However, there are exceptions:
41 Language Papers: Conducted in the respective language.
M.Tech/Higher Sciences: Entirely in English.
Acharya & Hindu Studies: Bilingual (English and Hindi).

Follow these steps to access your city allotment details:
Visit the Official Site: Go to exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg.
Locate the Link: Under the “Candidate Activity” dashboard, click on “Advance City Intimation for CUET PG.”
Enter Credentials: Provide your Application Number and Password.
View & Save: Once the slip appears on the screen, download the PDF and save it for future reference.
Note: The City Intimation Slip is NOT the Admit Card. This document only confirms the city where your center will be located. The actual Admit Card, containing the specific venue address and seat number, will be issued separately a few days before the exam.
